||Preheat Oven to 180 degrees Celsius
||Place the sausages in a large oven proof dish (use a big enough dish that you will can the pasta and sauce into later) – cook for 25 minutes
||Cook the pasta as per pack instructions – once cooked drain and set aside
||Meanwhile add the onion to a saucepan with a splash of oil, cook on a low heat for 7 minutes.
||Then add the garlic, paprika and tomato puree and cook for a further 3 minutes
||Add in your veggies, beans and chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 10 minutes – stirring occasionally
||Finally Stir in the crème fraiche
||Slice up the cooked sausages and return to the pan – add in the cooked pasta and sauce, top with grated cheese and place back into the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and crisping up
