Sausage and Tomato Pasta

Shopping List

  • 300g Penne
  • 400g Tinned tomatoes
  • 100g Red peppers
  • 20g Cooking oil
  • 5g Paprika
  • 1 Medium onion (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 1 Pack of Richmond Thick Pork Sausages
Step 1 Place the pasta into a large saucepan of boiling salted water, and cook until it's al dente.
Step 2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium saucepan and fry the onion, red peppers and paprika for 3-4 minutes until softened and lightly brown. Add the tinned tomatoes and add the cut, cooked Richmond sausages, season with the cracked black pepper and return to the heat for a further minute, finish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
