Chicken Fajitas
Chicken fajitas are a Mexican-inspired dish that is sure to tantalise your taste buds. Cooking Instructions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the onion and pepper slices and cook for around 10 minutes, or until softened and charred at the edges.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan cook for around 5 minutes until heated through, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Warm the tortillas then fill with the chicken and pepper mix, guacamole, salsa and crème fraiche.
