Extra Tasty Sausage and Mash
Sausage and mash is a traditional British dish made of sausages and mashed potatoes.
Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 190°C, 170°C fan gas mark 5.

Place the potatoes into a large pan of cold, salted water.

Bring to the boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Whilst the potatoes are cooking, place the sausages and tomatoes onto a lined baking sheet.

Place in the middle of the oven and cook following the on-pack instructions. Alternatively, follow the on-pack instructions for cooking in an air fryer, and cook the tomatoes in the same way.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain, and return to the pan.

Add the butter and mash the potatoes.

Add the milk, salt, and pepper, and continue to mash the potatoes.

Finally, add the mustard and parsley and stir to combine.

Serve the sausages on-top of the mash, with the oven roasted tomatoes alongside.

If desired, also serve with gravy and your vegetable of choice such as peas and tender stem broccoli.
