Loaded BBQ Dog
Cooking Instructions


Brush the sausages with vegetable oil and place them on a hot BBQ.

Turn regularly, until sausages are cooked through.

Place the cut hot dog buns face down onto the BBQ to toast the inside.

Once the buns are toasted and warm, sprinkle 25g of the grated
cheddar into each bun.

Place the piping hot sausages inside the buns, over the melting cheese.

Sprinkle the sliced spring onions over each hot dog and drizzle with BBQ sauce.

Pair with sweet potato fries and a fresh side salad.

Ingredients

- 1 packet (304g) Richmond Meat-Free 8 Tasty Sausages
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 brioche hot dog/finger buns, cut on top, lengthways (or vegan alternative)
- 100g grated cheddar cheese (or use vegan hard cheese)
- 4 spring onions, sliced thinly on an angle
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
