Meat-Free Classic Burger

Cooking Instructions

Place the burgers onto a hot BBQ, turning regularly until cooked through.
Place the sliced buns face down on the BBQ, to toast the inside.
To build the burger, spoon ketchup on the base of the bun, then add the lettuce, burger, tomato and onion slices.
Pop the lid on and enjoy!

Serve with seasoned fries and fresh coleslaw.

  • 2 packets (227g) Richmond Meat-Free Quarter Pounder burgers
  • 4 soft white sesame buns, sliced
  • 4 baby gem lettuce leaves
  • 1 beef tomato, cut into 1cm slices
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced thinly into rings
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
