Cooking Instructions

Brush the sausages and onions with vegetable oil and place them on a hot BBQ.
Turn regularly, until sausages are cooked through and onions are charred and soft.
Place the piping hot sausages inside the buns.

Top with grilled onions and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and sliced into 1cm rings
  • 8 soft white finger rolls
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp American yellow mustard
