In the microwave from frozen: Arrange on a microwaveable plate, cover with kitchen roll and heat on full power for 800W.

Allow sausages to stand for 1 minute before serving.

In the air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 190oC. Place sausages in the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
