In the oven:
Preheat oven to 200°C/ Gas Mark 6 or Fan 180°. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray on a middle shelf of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir both sides. Cook for a further 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Caution: Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape. The try may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing.
Microwave 800W:
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid, place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes. Peel back film lid and stir both sides. Re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Caution: Take care when removing film as hot steam will escape. The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing.
